IS ROSENBERG THE MOST EXPENSIVE SCHOOL IN THE WORLD?

We might possibly be the most expensive school in the world, but we don’t lose any sleep over this question, since frankly, it is irrelevant to us. We work hard to be the best boarding school in Switzerland and the world. That is the metric we care about. Our award winning care, school facilities, enrichment offering and the unmatched choice of academic options are very costly to maintain, but we have a deep commitment to provide the very best education for all the students in our care.

WHEN CAN I APPLY TO ROSENBERG?

We accept applications year-round, with peak season running from October to June in preparation for the new school year starting in late August or early September. Admission is competitive, and places are limited – allocated based on both the strength and timing of the application. Early submissions enjoy a clear advantage and significantly increase the likelihood of direct entry.

If you’re applying later in the cycle, we still encourage you to get in touch. Last minute openings do occasionally arise, and we’re happy to advise on current availability.

DOES INSTITUT AUF DEM ROSENBERG OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS?

Institut auf dem Rosenberg only has a very limited amount of scholarship spaces, most of which are reserved over a period of many years. This is because we receive no government subsidies and cannot accept donations. Requests for scholarships should be addressed to scholarship[at]instrosenberg.ch. However, please note that currently, we have no scholarship spaces available.

IS THERE  AN “ALL-INCLUSIVE FEE” TO ATTEND ROSENBERG?

At Rosenberg, we don’t offer all-inclusive fees because they prevent us from meeting the unique needs of our students. We treat all of our students as individual personalities and, inevitably, their requirements and lifestyle choices will differ. Special dietary preferences, individual learning modules or a customised training plan supported by one of our in-house personal trainers, are only a few examples of the many options to choose from at Rosenberg. All of this means that it is impossible to offer a package price that is fair to all. As true believers in individual education we favour “a-la-carte” over “all you can eat.”
